Print a sheet of barcode labels in Microsoft Word

Create a sheet of identical barcode labels in Microsoft Word.

The selected label format is Avery 5160 (30 labels per page).
The label includes the barcode and item description.

 

Step 1. Click on the Labels button to open the Envelopes and Labels window.

Step 2.  Click on Options... to select the format of the label.

Step 3. Select 5160 Easy Peel Address Labels and click OK.

Step 4. Enter the label text into the Address box.  The barcode text should be enclosed within square brackets: [K2700-1001].  Click the New Document button.

Step 5. A new document is now created.  To quickly center the text in labels, press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+E

Step 6. Click Convert All on the toolbar to create the barcodes. Print the labels now or save the document for later.
